Making Boarding Reservations

New Customers:
If your dog has never been to the Pet Play House please fill out the New Dog Information Form (the link open as a popup)
     **Internet Explorer users may need to click the yellow bar at the top and select "Allow blocked content" to open the form

Existing Customers:
-Call (775) 324-0202 to make boarding reservations.
-Veterinary proof of Rabies and Distemper/Parvo vaccines required.
-Veterinary proof of the Bordetella vaccine given within the last six months required.
    (For puppies we require the first two sets of puppy shots and the Bordetella vaccine).
-A 50% deposit is required to hold all boarding reservations (Visa or Master Card accepted).
The deposit becomes non-refundable/non-transferable 10 days prior to your drop-off date, so please make changes or cancellations before then.

What to Bring for Boarding

-Food that your doggie is accustomed to
We have a refridgerator, freezer, and microwave.

-Updated Shot Records
Proof on a licensed veterinarian's letterhead of Rabies and Distemper/Parvo vaccines required, and poof of the Bordetella vaccine given within the last six months required. (For puppies we require the first two sets of puppy shots and the Bordetella vaccine).


-Medication if needed
We administer pills and drops, no injections (No extra charges for administering medication).

-For a Suite or Condo:
We encourage owners to bring chewies for their dogs to enjoy while they are in their room.
Owners are welcome to bring toys, beds, blankets, and anything else from home as well.

-For Slumber Party:
Do not bring any personal belongings other than food. Dogs can get possessive of their own beds/toys, so it is best to use our house items.
We provide comfy beds, bowls, TV's, and music for all the dogs.


Boarding Availability

Please make reservations far in advance. For holidays or vacation time periods we tend to book up several months in advance. For your convenience, below is a calendar of approximate boarding availability. This calendar is usually updated every two days, so please understand that the calendar does not guarantee we have availability.

An orange "X" indicates we have no availability in the Suites, Condos, or the Slumber Party.
