The Condo is our premium boarding option. Spacious condos are 160 square foot luxury accommodations. Dogs have their own privacy fenced yard, TV, private dining, comfy beds, and piped-in music. Their condo looks just like home with wall art and everything!
$35 each night for one dog. -We accept healthy and friendly dogs that are not food, toy, or space aggressive.
Their faux yard has a safe substrate of artificial turf with built in bactericides on a raised grid for drainage, traction, and comfort. The yard’s privacy fencing prevents intimidation and aggressive barking from neighboring dogs.
This option works well for doggies that aren’t particularly social, or social doggies that like some private rest time during the day/night. The condo is perfect for those that like to bring their own chew toys, beds, and crates. Group-play daycare can be added at no additional charge provided your dog meets our daycare requirements.
Pricing:
Add $20 a night for each dog from the same family boarding in the same Condo.
Pick up before 12:00 noon for $0 charge for the last day
Pick up after 12:00 noon for $15 charge each dog for that last day.
Requirements:
-Doggies must be vaccinated by a licensed Veterinatian for the following vaccines:
Parvo/Distemper combo
Rabies
Bordetella (which we require every 6 months)
Proof from a licensed veterinarian is required, on their letterhead.
(For puppies we require the first two sets of puppy shots and the Bordetella vaccine)
-For doggies to participate in group-play daycare during the day, they must be spayed or neutered if older than 6 months.
-Any Bull breeds that are boarding are unfortunately precluded from group-play daycare due to our insurance, please see our Fun Add-ons page for additional activities for these breeds!
-All dogs must enter and exit our facility on a leash and in control of their guardians.
-All doggies must be droppped off during normal business hours (M-F 6:30am-6pm, Sat-Sun 7:30am-5:30pm).
-Doggies who wish to participate in daycare on their drop-off day must be dropped off before 12:00 noon. Dogs need to be at about the same energy level to play nicely and safely together, and requiring all group play doggies to be dropped off by noon ensures this.
-You must provide your doggie's food. Dogs are more likely to eat and less likely to have stomach upsets if they stay on the same diet they are used to at home.
-In order for two or more dogs to board in the same condo, they must live in the same household. This is a safety policy- dogs that are not housed together on a daily basis can become reactive with eachother when forced to do so in a confined-space boarding situation.
